Your information on DAXEVYN Connect
DAXEVYN Connect is a freelancer and client discovery portal operated as a DAXEVYN initiative. For privacy questions, account help or removal requests, contact us through daxevyn.com or WhatsApp.
Information you provide
The portal processes account details such as username, name, email and password credentials; profile details and images you submit; project descriptions, business information and application contact methods; and support messages. Passwords are managed by WordPress. Do not include passwords, OTPs, government identity documents or confidential client material in your profile or project descriptions.
Public and private information
Approved member profiles and published project information may be visible to other visitors. Application email addresses or website links supplied on project listings are intended to be shared with applicants. Account email addresses are used for account administration and are separate from the profile information you choose to publish. Review your profile and account privacy settings before sharing information.
How the information is used
We use information to operate accounts, display profiles and listings, review submissions, manage access, send account and listing notifications, respond to requests and maintain the portal. When you apply through an external website or email, your communication goes to the project contact and is handled outside Connect.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress and installed services use cookies for sign-in, session management, preferences and security. Hosting and site services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs. The portal uses WordPress, Ultimate Member and WP Job Manager; hosting and installed service providers process information needed to operate their features.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, portfolio websites and application destinations take you to services with their own privacy practices. Connect does not operate those services. The portal does not currently provide escrow or process freelancer payments.
Your choices
You can update your profile and account information through My Account. Contact DAXEVYN if you need help accessing, correcting or removing your information. Account deletion does not necessarily remove every project record or a communication sent directly to another person; identify the relevant URLs in your request so we can review them. Hosting backups or necessary operational records may remain for a period after a removal request.
